BCE Learning Garden
Welcome to our school garden. This is a wonderful space for our students to get out into nature and explore, experiment, and learn.
The garden has some fantastic resources including a bed for each class, irrigation system, greenhouse (for seeds, and starts), small and large garden tools, 3 stage composter, worm compost bin and Garden Shed (full of seeds, Project ideas, and supplies).
Volunteers
The BCE Learning Garden was created, and is run entirely by parent volunteers. Each class volunteer plans with their teacher to work out a schedule for taking the students out into the garden.
Ideas
We want to make the garden volunteer experience as fun and relaxed as possible. So we have provided some ideas for Garden projects you can do with your students.
